Designed for the complete novice pilot, the three channel (rudder, elevator and motor) Easy Star features simple assembly from the extremely durable Elapor foam.
The kit is supplied complete with a powerful 400 class pusher motor and propeller which can be easily replaced with a more powerful motor as experience grows. For ease of transportation the wing can be removed in moments.
With a speed range of 10 - 80 mph this aircraft needs an area not smaller than a football field if it is to be flown successfully.
Construction: Elapor foam on the fuselage, wing and tail section
Wings: Two-piece, foam construction, blue in color
Radio Compartment: Foam
Cowling: Foam
Canopy: Moulded into fuselage, outlined with a decal from decal sheet.

The Easy Star has been extensively flown by West Wales Models and is in fact used as our basic Electric Training aircraft. It is very easy to fly and can perform most rudder / elevator manoeuvres (loops, rolls etc). However when fitted with the 480 motor the aircraft is transformed and will perform outside loops and other more extreme manoeuvres.
This aircraft has proved not only to be extremely durable in use but also very pleasurable to fly even for the more experienced pilot.
In our view the Easy Star is undoubtedly the best R/C aircraft on which to learn to fly.
