Designed for intermediate and expert pilots, the three channel (elevons x 2 plus motor speed controller) Twin Jet is a simple assembly kit made from the extremely durable Elapor foam.
The kit is supplied complete with a two powerful direct drive 400 class motor which drives it's 5" pusher propellers, although the motors can easily be replaced with more powerful motors as experience grows. The aircraft is fully aerobatic and can be used as the next step up from the Space Scooter.
With a speed range of 15 - 100mph+ this aircraft needs a large field if it is to be flown successfully.
Wings: One-piece Elapor foam delta wing.

Cowling: Front portion of fuselage is removed to expose radio compartment.
Canopy: Molded Elapor fuselage removable top.
Servos: Multiplex Tiny-S or equivalent

Electronic Speed Controller: Multiplex 400 Due (MX7 5024 40amp) or equivalent required.

The motors can be easily upgraded to twin 480's or even brushless for increased performance.
3 radio (elevons and throttle /motor control) with 2 micro servos Multiplex Tiny-S or similar.
Minimum of 15 amp speed controller (for 400's only), increase current capabilities in line with motor fitment.
7 cell battery from 1700 to 3000mAh with connectors.

The Twin Jet is a good "next step" from the Space Scooter, it is an extremely durable aerobatic aircraft which is both fast and agile in flight. It is therefore only recommended from "brave" intermediates and expert pilots.
