JR X-378 Radio
This long awaited radio neatly slots into the JR range of computer R/C systems, taking its place between the clubman six-channel XP-652 and the expert series X3810 and PCM10X sets. It offers a wide range of advanced programming options (see chart below) including many specialised features for aeroplanes, helicopters and gliders. The number sequence in the title relates to the following features: 3 Model Types - Aircraft, Helicopter and Glider, 7 Channels, 8 Model Memories. Each set comes complete with nicads and charger, four NES-591 ball-raced servos and an R700 PPM seven channel receiver as standard.

- Eight-model memory with any model type in any memory.
- Seven channels, sufficient for the most complex model.
- Programming via LCD display to show exactly what the control response will be.
- Selectable modulation type, S-PCM, Z-PCM or PPM, so that most earlier receivers and all current ones may be used.
- Programmable PCM failsafe. Channel position freeze or pre-selected failsafe position may be chosen for each channel.
- Mode change by user. All four modes available to suit any individual need.
- Dual and exponential rates to give any desired control range and response.
- Servo reverse on all channels to suit any installation.
- Programmed sub trim for installations where access is difficult.
- Servo travel adjustment up to 150% enables you to set exactly the control movement you require.
- Separate travel adjustment either side of neutral.
- Training master operation, with the student operating all or any selected combination of flying control channels.
- Timer functions. Elapsed time, countdown and stopwatch, with audible warnings
